I have a lot of friends and relatives that are currently pregnant or just had babies.
While I am NOT pregnant, I am going to birth you some nursery ideas.
My boss, prior to opening our office, seriously considered opening a boutique purely for nursery design. I can’t say I blame her. Nurseries are an easy excuse to get wildly creative in your home. I have to say, I am not a subscriber to “themes” when it comes to nurseries. I’m not going to make you a bed in the shape of a caboose or cover your walls in paper butterflies. I am a fan of the sophisticated modern look:
Wall color above is Sherwin Williams 6470 Waterscape.
Wall color above Benjamin Moore HC-172 Revere Pewter.
Did I lose you at the pink chair? I don’t know why, but I LOVE that. So unexpected. And what newborn doesn’t love a little religiously themed gallery wall?
What are your thoughts? Would you go modern in your nursery?
Here’s one more for the road.
